What is MCT Powder?
Medium chain triglyceride, also known as medium chain fat, naturally exists in palm kernel oil,
coconut oil and other foods and breast milk,is one of the sources of dietary fat,
the main component is "octyl, capric triglyceride".
They are very different to typical fatty acids and contain a much lower calorie content.
MCTs are readily absorbed and used for energy, more so resembling a carbohydrate than a fat source.
