What Is Blueberry extract?
Blueberry extract is a kind of dark purple red or purple fine powder extracted from blueberry fruit, with bitter taste. The commodity is marked with the content of blueberry proanthocyanidins. Blueberry fruit, leaves and pomace are rich in anthocyanins, flavonoids, polyphenols, polysaccharides and other bioactive substances, which are all natural antioxidants.
